1. What Seen AI is
Seen AI is a done-for-you AI visibility service for local trade businesses. We work to get your business named and recommended by AI search engines, and we show you the results on a live dashboard. Paying customers are covered by the Seen AI Membership Agreement provided at signup, which governs the paid service in detail. These website terms cover everything else.
2. The free audit
The free AI visibility audit checks how AI engines currently answer questions about your trade and area. It is provided as-is, for your information. Audit results reflect what AI engines said at the time we asked; AI answers change constantly, and a result is a snapshot, not a promise of future visibility either way.
3. One business per trade, per town
Seen AI works with one business per trade in each town. Availability is checked at application. A membership covers one trade in one town; additional towns are separate memberships.
4. The 90-day money-back guarantee
Paying members can request a full refund of fees paid, by written notice within 90 days of their start date. No reason is required. Details are in the Membership Agreement.
5. No results promise
AI engines are operated by third parties. Seen AI does not control them and does not guarantee any specific mention, recommendation, placement, or outcome inside any AI system. Nobody honestly can. What we commit to is doing the work and reporting the results transparently. The guarantee above exists precisely because outcomes cannot be promised.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use this site or the audit tool to probe, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service, and do not submit businesses you do not represent.
7. Intellectual property
The Seen AI name, site, software, dashboards, and monitoring systems belong to Seen AI. Content we publish to a customer's website belongs to that customer, as set out in the Membership Agreement.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seen AI's total liability in connection with the site or service is capped at the fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Material changes to paid service terms are notified per the Membership Agreement.
10. SMS Messaging
If you choose to provide your mobile phone number and separately consent to receive SMS messages from Seen AI, you agree that we may send you text messages relating to your account, service, onboarding, support, and other communications you have requested.
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Seen AI and the services you use. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@nowseen.ai.
To get the free audit you need to give us a mobile number and agree that we can contact you by call, text, and email about your results. That is a condition of the free audit only. It is never a condition of buying anything from Seen AI. You can stop texts any time by replying STOP.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for additional information about how we collect and use personal information.
