Data Deletion

You can have your data deleted from Seen AI at any time. This page explains how, and it serves as our data deletion instructions for all platforms, including Meta.
How to request deletion
Email hello@nowseen.ai with the subject line "Data deletion request" from the email address associated with your data, or include enough detail for us to identify your records: your name, business name, and town.
What happens next
- We confirm your request within 3 business days.
- We delete your account, audit results, business records, onboarding materials, and any stored credentials within 30 days of the request.
- We confirm to you in writing when deletion is complete.
What we keep
Records we are legally required to retain, such as invoices and payment records for tax purposes, are kept only as long as the law requires and are not used for any other purpose.
Connected platforms
If you interacted with Seen AI through a third-party platform, for example a Meta service, deleting your data with us removes what Seen AI holds. Data held by the platform itself is governed by that platform's own controls.
