Contact details you give us: name, business name, email, phone, when you run an audit, apply for the membership, or contact us.

Business information: your trade, town, service suburbs, website, average job value, and materials you provide during onboarding such as your logo.

Access credentials: paying members may share website or profile access so we can do the work. Credentials are used only to deliver the service, stored with reasonable security, and deleted or returned when the membership ends.

Usage data: standard technical logs and basic analytics about how the site is used.

To run your audit, deliver and monitor the service, operate your dashboard, send you reports and service emails, process payments, and improve the product. Monitoring queries sent to AI engines are questions about trades and towns; they are built from business and public information, not from personal data beyond what identifies the business.

Service providers who help us operate: payment processing (Stripe), hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, and the AI engines we query as part of monitoring. Each receives only what it needs. We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising.

If you provide your mobile phone number and separately consent to receive SMS messages from Seen AI, we use your phone number and SMS consent information to send the messages you have requested, including account notifications, service updates, onboarding communications, support messages, and other service-related communications.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent information is used only to provide the messaging service you have requested and to operate and support our services. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@nowseen.ai.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Seen AI.

We keep data while your account or membership is active and as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete it, except records we must keep for legal, tax, or billing reasons.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including restricted access to credentials and customer records.

The site uses only what it needs to function and to measure basic usage. No advertising trackers.
